We provide FREE worldwide shipping for all our orders. To make your experience with Blissful Diamonds even more convenient, we also offer FREE return shipping on all orders from the United States.

Shipping Timeline

At Blissful Diamonds, our commitment is to deliver your order promptly. However, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, carrier delays, or inaccurate addresses may occasionally impact delivery times. We do not assume responsibility for such occurrences.

All orders are dispatched via 2-business-day shipping. Loose diamond orders typically arrive within 3 to 10 days from the order date. Made-to-order gold items are delivered within 2-3 weeks from the order date, while platinum made-to- order items are delivered within 16-18 days.

Delivery Partners:

For your protection, Blissful Diamonds insures all items for their full value. An adult signature is required upon delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. To ensure the safety of your package, we only ship to residential or office address.

Cancellations

We provide the option to cancel an order and receive a full refund before shipment. However, bespoke custom designs cannot be cancelled after 48 hours from the time of order placement.

Lifetime Warranty

At Blissful Diamonds, we provide a Free Lifetime Warranty against all manufacturing defects for our made-to-order and custom- made products. Our steadfast dedication to quality ensures that we stand behind the integrity of every diamond and jewelry piece we deliver.

Should you suspect damage to your item, please contact us for guidance on returning it to our quality control team for a thorough inspection. Upon inspection, if a warranted issue is identified, our team will happily repair the damage or replace the item at no charge to you. These repairs include services such as metal shouldering, setting loose stones, and tightening prongs.

Please note that our lifetime warranty does not cover items that have been previously repaired, resized, or polished by anyone other than Blissful Diamonds. Additionally, it does not include replacement for lost or missing diamonds, normal wear and tear from regular use, or any metal discoloration due to exposure to chemicals. If an issue arises that falls outside the scope of our lifetime warranty policy, we will provide you with a price quotation for approval before proceeding with any repair work.

Free Engraving

Personalize Your Ring

Looking to immortalize a meaningful message or a memorable date? Why not etch it permanently onto your engagement ring or wedding band?

Blissful Diamonds provides a FREE Engraving Service for all made-to-order rings. We offer the option to add an inscription on the ring shank on each item’s page. However, some settings may not accommodate engraving due to the ring design. Engravings can comprise alphanumeric combinations, with an ideal length of up to 20 characters.

Returns, Resizing and Repairs of Engraved Rings

Due to their personalized nature, a deduction of $50 is applied from the refund or exchange value when returning or exchanging engraved rings.

In cases of ring resizing, the appearance of engraved characters may vary from the original due to changes in size, resulting in alterations such as lightening, narrowing, widening, or erasure.

Repairs on engraved rings may also affect the engraving’s appearance depending on the nature of the repair. If necessary, the ring can be re-engraved for a nominal fee of $30. Please consult our resizing policy for further details.

Free Ring Resize

If you’ve ordered the incorrect ring size, don’t worry! Blissful Diamonds provides one Complimentary Ring Resize within the initial 12 months of your purchase. If your order is eligible for this complimentary resizing, we offer free shipping for both the outbound and return shipments.

For rings older than one year or requiring a second (or subsequent) resize, resizing and shipping charges will apply. Additionally, the actual shipping expenses for round-trip shipments will be borne by you for such resizing requests.

Ring Resizing Terms

Our ring resizing policy includes complimentary adjustments of up to 2 sizes above or below the ring’s original size. If resizing beyond this range is required, we may offer an additional quote or, depending on the design, suggest purchasing a new ring altogether.

Please note that resizing engraved rings can affect the appearance of the engravings, potentially making the characters appear different and less clear. If desired, you have the option to have the ring re- inscribed after resizing for a fee of $30 (covering up to 20 characters). For further information, kindly refer to our ring engraving policy.

Rings That Cannot Be Resized

Some rings, like eternity rings, full eternity engagement ring settings, and full eternity wedding and matching bands, cannot undergo resizing due to their unique design. In such instances, acquiring a new ring is the advised course of action.

Shipping Terms for Resized Items

Resized items are usually dispatched within 7-10 business days from the date of receiving the item. However, if we need to recreate the product, it may take up to 2 weeks.

Payment Options

Blissful Diamonds provides a range of payment options for purchasing lab-grown diamond jewellery to ensure a seamless and convenient shopping experience. All prices at Blissful Diamonds are listed in USD and Indian rupees ($/₹).

Credit Card & Debit Card

We welcome payments through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay, and other leading credit and debit cards. In the event of payment failure, your order will be automatically cancelled, and you will be duly notified. Payment failures can result from insufficient funds in your bank account or if the charged amount exceeds your credit limit. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank for assistance and attempt the transaction again once your bank approves it.

Net Banking

To enhance your payment choices, we also accommodate net banking payments. Net banking enables you to make payments directly from your bank account via our secure online platform. Just opt for the net banking option at checkout, select your bank, and you’ll be directed to your bank’s website where you can securely log in and authorize the payment. Once the transaction is finalized, you’ll receive confirmation of your payment, and we’ll proceed with processing your order. With net banking, you can shop confidently, reassured that your transactions are safe and secure.
